Each edge is highlighted with gold leaf, the old world look feels like it these might belong in a library or place of reflection. This round body gourd sits firmly on a carved wooden base which is permanantly affixed to the gourd. The gourd is banded in gold leaf and has a neutral black base from which to highlight the multiple pyro engraved Ginko leaves. The ripe berries are also in gold leaf.
