Spring Ginkgo
A Ginkgo Biloba branch to celebrate our natural world and the cycles of our seasons. I’ve chosen a pleasantly mid sized gourd turned on its head and embellished, adding a fixed hardwood stand as a design element and steady support. This sculpture features pyroengraved images that have been gold leafed then hand painted in layers to enhance the depth of the gloriously simple spring color.
